As founder and CEO, I direct Four’s product and lead its engineering team. I wrote the rules the companion lives by: private by design, personal rather than generic, and honest about what it is not.

I’m Nikita Lauffer, founder and CEO of Four: a wellness companion for women, private by design. Four follows the four phases of your cycle, at your own pace, learns what your body is asking of you, and answers whatever you ask. Ask Four builds your workouts and your meals around how you feel. My story
Modelling taught me to listen to my body. During my time working in Milan, I became a certified nutritionist, and my fascination grew: how the right nutrition helps you feel your best, and how what we eat influences our physical and mental health.
That curiosity led me to female health, and to my own experience of it. I discovered how little is understood, and how often women are not taken seriously when something is wrong.
That is why I founded Four: a companion that learns what is true for you, adapts to your day, and takes your cycle seriously.

Modelling
I have been an international model for over ten years. I have done campaigns for Bulgari and GHD, appeared in multiple issues of L’Officiel and Harper’s Bazaar and in many other magazines.
