If something feels wrong
Four is a wellness companion, not a medical product. Call a doctor or nurse today if you have sudden or severe pain, pain on one side, fainting, a fever, bleeding that soaks a pad every hour, or you think you may be pregnant.
If it feels like an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Delete your account
Open Four and go to Profile. Choose Delete my account. Type delete my account and confirm.
That removes your account on our server, including your email, sessions, sign-in methods, profile copy and any feedback you sent, and then wipes Four on that phone. Crash reports carry no account and are deleted after 90 days. If you are offline, check your connection and try again. If it still fails, email [email protected] from the address on the account.
Delete the data on your phones
On Profile, type delete data, then choose Delete all data. This wipes Four on that phone, removes your profile copy from our server, and wipes your other signed-in phones the next time they sync. It also removes what Four saved to Apple Health, if Four still has access. Your account and email stay until you delete the account.
Back up your data
Open Profile and choose Back up my data. Four makes one file with everything you logged, except Apple Health summaries, locked with a passphrase only you know. We never see the file or the passphrase. Another phone can open it only with the passphrase.

What will Four cost?
$11.99 a month, with your first month at $5.99, or $89.99 a year. Every plan starts with a 5-day free trial. Before the app charges anyone, it will show the price, when the trial ends, and how to cancel.
Is Four a medical app?
No. Four is a wellness companion. It plans movement, food, rest and comfort around how you feel. When something sounds serious, it tells you to call a doctor or nurse.
How long are the workouts?
10, 20 or 30 minutes. There are 37 to choose from, and Ask Four can build you a new one around how you feel.
Do you sell my data?
No. Four never sells your data. There are no ads and no analytics.
Where is my daily log?
Encrypted on your phone. You can lock Four with Face ID or a PIN.
Where are my profile choices?
Your profile choices (name, time zone, goals, equipment, where you like to move, workout length, food and movement styles, units) are stored on our server so you can sign in on a new phone. Your health conditions are not.
What if I am under 16?
Four is for people aged 16 and over. Do not create an account. If one was created, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
